Buyers Agency

Initial Qualification Call

We’ll start with a friendly qualification call to:

  1. Determine if a buyer’s agent is the right fit for you
  2. Conduct a high-level needs analysis
  3. Ensure your finance is in order (if required) and that all decision-makers are involved, so everyone stays in the loop throughout the process

Please note when we are engaged as a buyers agent we cannot present you a property currently listed by Mamic Real Estate for your consideration as we are engaged by the vendor to represent their best interests.

Strategy Meeting

If we can help, we’ll book a Strategy Meeting (your choice of face-to-face or virtual) to go over the details. We’ll explain our fee structure, discuss exactly what you’ll get from the service, and gather all the search criteria to kick things off.

Information Pack

After the Strategy Meeting, we’ll send you an information pack containing our engagement form and client brief. This gives you the chance to review, discuss, and formally engage with us when you’re ready.

Research & Shortlist

Once we receive your engagement form, our team gets to work! We’ll research locations based on your criteria and prepare a shortlist report that meets your needs.

Review the Shortlist

We’ll go over the shortlist with you however you prefer—virtually, in person, or even via email. Once you confirm which properties interest you, our team will move forward with conducting due diligence.

Due Diligence Report

After we complete due diligence, we’ll present a comprehensive report for your final consideration. This ensures you have everything you need to make an informed decision.

Contract Negotiation & Settlement

We’ll assist you with the negotiation and execution of the sales contract, guiding you through to settlement to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Post-Purchase Follow-Up

We don’t just disappear after the deal is done! We’ll check in with you within six months to gather feedback and make sure you’re settling into your new property comfortably.
