When offers start rolling in, we’ll manage negotiations with your best interests in mind, keeping you updated throughout the process. Our focus is on securing the best possible price while minimizing stress for you.
Once you accept an offer, we’ll guide you through the contract stage, liaising with your legal team to ensure everything goes smoothly. We’ll help with all the paperwork, while our communication plan ensures you’re kept informed of every key milestone.
We’ll support you through to settlement day, ensuring a seamless process. And after the sale, we’ll check in to gather your feedback and see how everything went. Even after the keys are handed over, we’re here to help with your next steps!
